"Thank you to all at J L Stephens who completed work on three floors of my property recently. This was mainly repair and maintenance work, involving the removal of old surfaces, repointing, rendering, plastering, carpentry, etc., plus converting an old coal cellar into a really useful walk-in storage room. Although it was indoor work, the lack of space meant some prep had to be done outside in horrendous weather, but there was never a grumble from the team, who were consistently pleasant, good-humoured, punctual, and hardworking. I was also grateful for the top-notch communication from the office. I am extremely pleased with the finished results and would highly recommend this company."
